Our Approach
Our Coaching Mastery programme spans 12 days across 5 modules with group and 1:1 supervision sessions in between modules. Each module on the programme focuses on a particular stage of the coaching process. The modules combine reflection and review; new theoretical, scientific and experiential input; the opportunity to practise as coach, coachee and observer and how to put your new learning into action outside the course. Our brand new accreditation process with the AC means you can be personally accredited at the end of the programme with minimal additional effort.

Organisations looking to strengthen their internal coaching capacity using an accredited external coach training provider. Helping your organisation build a culture of coaching led leadership. The programmes are developed bespoke to your organisation and are shorter and punchier programmes for busy professionals.

Our Approach
Our coach training programmes ate all accredited with the Association of Coaching. They all use a modular approach and vary in length depending on the level of the programme. The Award level is 5 days input over 4 modules and Certificate is 10 days over 5 modules.
