How does the Coaching Mastery programme work?

Face-to-face learning

We believe that the most profound learning happens through connection and shared experiences with your peers. That’s why all Coaching Mastery modules are taught face-to-face, creating a truly experiential and transformative learning environment.

Our programme takes place across a range of inspiring locations:

  • The renowned academic setting of Cranfield University in Bedfordshire

  • A coastal retreat in Norfolk, where optional early-morning sea swims add a unique touch to your experience!

  • A private residence with stunning views over the rural Bedfordshire countryside

A modular approach

Each module spans 2 to 4 days. Between modules, you’ll have opportunities to apply your new skills by coaching volunteer clients, reinforcing what you’ve learned. We also provide group and one-to-one supervision sessions to help you reflect, discuss challenges and track your progress.

All course materials are available on our dedicated online portal, accessible anytime during the programme and for a year after completion, so you can revisit and deepen your learning.

The programme is limited to just 12 participants, fostering close connections among learners. Many of our alumni stay in touch long after completing the programme, forming lasting professional and personal networks.

Our Norfolk Retreat

We’re particularly proud of our Norfolk retreat. This is a recent addition, created 3 years ago, and makes our programme stand out from the coach training crowd.

In a beautiful setting, less than 5 minutes from the coast, it allows a rare opportunity to unplug and reset, while delving deep into your own personal development.

The retreat gives a unique opportunity to focus on the ‘being’ as a coach, rather than the ‘doing’.

What you'll learn

The Coaching Mastery course material is grounded in the latest neuroscience and psychological research. All of our facilitators are experienced coaches, each with over a decade of experience.  You’ll also receive an unmatched level of supervision in Coaching Mastery, allowing you the space to absorb your learning and reflect on your own coaching practice.

"The course remains an exemplary Accredited Diploma in Coach Training (ADCT)...the hours have increased to include, in particular, more observation and reflection. This has had the impact of strengthening the course and ensuring that the learners have the opportunity to engage in deep reflection which enhances their growth and development as coaches. The course continues to be supported by excellent tutors, bringing a diverse range of skills and experiences and the inclusion of a graduate coach is an excellent approach to provide and elicit feedback. There is also an excellent group of new and recently appointed assessors, bringing fresh eyes to the programme and supporting the provider’s desire to continuously look for ways to develop and improve.”
